Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Salinas, CA. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments using Applied Behavior Analysis, and provide direct support to clients. Additional responsibilities include training and supervising team members, collaborating with caregivers and schools, and documenting progress to meet performance goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, behavioral assessments, and intervention strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of program development, data collection, and progress monitoring methods
- Experience in training and supervising team members in best practices
- Proficiency in problem-solving and adaptive strategies for diverse client needs
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Ability to work on-site in Salinas, CA, and flexibility to adapt to client schedules
- Experience with or knowledge about supporting individuals with autism and school-based collaboration is a plus
