Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in Austin, TX. The Behavioral Therapist will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, creating and documenting intervention plans, providing direct therapy to clients, and working closely with families and caregivers. Collaboration with school staff and other professionals to support the client's success in various settings is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and application of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and experience in Working With Children
- Background in Psychology
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals
- Relevant certification (e.g., BCBA) and licensure
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism is a plus
