Why Gentle Dental

At Gentle Dental, we believe great patient care starts with a team that feels genuinely valued, supported, and set up to do their best work. Our vision is to provide exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare — making it accessible to every patient we serve, because we know oral health is foundational to overall wellbeing.

We've reimagined what group dentistry looks like — giving clinicians the right balance of autonomy and support at every stage of their career, in a culture built on clinical excellence, innovation, and real investment in our people.

Dental Therapists are a critical part of that vision. If you're looking for a place where your full scope of practice is respected, your growth is supported, and your work genuinely improves access to care in your community — this is it.

The Role

We're hiring a Dental Therapist to serve our Newberg and McMinnville locations, available as either a full-time or part-time position. Both practices sit in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley wine country — close-knit communities where mid-level providers play a meaningful role in improving patient access and outcomes.

You'll practice within your full authorized scope, supported by experienced clinical teams and the operational infrastructure of a well-established, multi-site group practice.
