Powder Coating Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Mansfield
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM– 2:30 PM | Monday-Friday
Pay: $16.00 hour

Job Summary
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for a General Labor / Powder Coating position on 1st shift. This role involves supporting the powder coating production process by racking, hanging, and unpacking metal parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Rack and hang metal parts prior to powder coating
- Remove and unpack finished parts after coating process
- Inspect parts for quality and proper handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with other general labor duties as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
