We are seeking a passionate and reliable Therapy Technician to join our team at PRT-i. This role is ideal for someone interested in rehab, fitness, or performance training and who enjoys working directly with clients. You’ll support therapists, educate clients on movement, and help ensure a top-tier experience at our clinic.
Duties:
- Clean, prepare and stock treatment rooms and equipment
- Assist therapists with client setup and session flow
- Teach therapy exercises and instruct clients on proper form and technique
- Physically demonstrate and coach movement-based exercises
- Educate clients on body mechanics and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with therapist, fitness and health specialist, and office staff to enhance care
- Support client comfort and safety during sessions
- Assist with linen upkeep for practitioners
- Assist with check-ins, paperwork, and light office tasks
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and uphold professional standards at all time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping people
- Physically able to demonstrate exercises and assist clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on clinical environment
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a collaborative team player
Bonus Qualifications
- Previous experience in rehab, physical therapy, personal training, or athletic coaching
- Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- Sales or client service experience
