This team works together to evaluate and verify the quality of the software and other user-facing elements, to ensure that we delight our users in their experience with BrainHQ.Are you good at noticing odd behaviors or incorrect language in the software you use on a regular basis? Do you ever submit bug reports to companies based on the issues you find? You could be exactly right for this position!We're looking for people who Have 1 to 2 years of experience manual testing products in a web or mobile environmentHave experience with bug tracking systems such as JIRA/Bugzilla/MantisHave experience with test management tools such as TestRail/Quality Center/ZephyrAre self-motivated and have the interest and ability to thrive in a small company environmentAre skilled problem solvers who want to gain knowledge and develop new skillsAre eligible to work in the US without sponsorshipAre able to work during the core hours of 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM PSTPrior experienceWorking with accessibility tools is a plus, but not a requirementWorking in an agile development team is a plus, but not a requirementWith continuous build software such as Jenkins is a plus, but not a requirementProgramming or writing scripts in languages such as Python/Shell/JavaScript is a plus, but not a requirementWhat You'll DoAs a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll help the development team by verifying new features, feature upgrades, and bug fixes to ensure quality and identify program defects.
