What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pilates Studio Concierge position at POSH Pilates?
The Concierge is the face of the studio and plays an important role in creating the elevated, welcoming experience our clients know and love. This role combines customer service, studio operations, sales, and brand support to ensure our studio stays clean, organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in their environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is comfortable confidently talking to clients about memberships and services.
What You’ll Do
Studio Operations
- Open and close the studio and ensure everything is ready for members
- Assist clients with safe and proper use of Pilates equipment
- Sanitize equipment after every use
- Complete daily cleaning and maintenance of the studio and equipment
- Keep towels, laundry, supplies, and merchandise stocked and organized
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance or facility issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated studio environment
- Manage studio access and ensure studio policies are followed
- Handle daily messages and administrative tasks
Client Experience
- Greet members and create a warm, welcoming experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with client questions
- Help clients with scheduling, attendance, and account needs through Mindbody
- Assist members with equipment and studio processes
- Enforce studio policies and attendance guidelines consistently
- Process no-show fees, client charges, payments, and other transactions accurately
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up in a timely manner, including outside of scheduled studio hours when needed
- Build genuine relationships with members and create an experience that keeps them coming back
Sales & Membership Support
- Follow up with leads and prospective members
- Confidently sell memberships, classes, and merchandise
- Help clients understand membership options and studio offerings
- Identify opportunities to increase membership retention and sales
- Support promotions, events, and sales initiatives
- Work toward weekly sales and lead follow-up goals
- Earn additional commission based on sales performance
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Post daily Instagram Stories that align with the brand
- Batch and organize content provided by management
- Assist with promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Help create an engaging and active online presence for the studio

- Self-motivated and able to take initiative during downtime
- Someone who naturally notices when something needs to be cleaned, organized, restocked, or addressed
- Comfortable working independently while still being part of a team
- Interested in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or creating an elevated client experience

Team members are expected to maintain a polished, professional appearance, including:
- POSH-branded athleisure
- Neutral athletic shoes
- Styled hair, pulled back when appropriate
- Light, polished makeup
- Minimal, on-brand jewelry
- Approved branded outerwear

A successful POSH Concierge makes the studio feel clean, organized, welcoming, and effortless for every member who walks through the door.
You’ll be expected to:

- Keep the studio and equipment clean and operational
- Respond to clients and leads in a timely manner
- Follow safety and studio policies consistently
- Contribute to membership, class, and merchandise sales
- Maintain accurate client accounts and transactions
- Support daily social media and marketing efforts
- Communicate effectively with management
- Meet weekly sales and lead follow-up goals
- Represent the POSH brand consistently
This is a full-time salaried position with the opportunity to earn additional commission based on performance.
