Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to serve as a for Rent, responsible for managing and maintaining rental properties while providing exceptional guest services. This role requires a blend of management skills, customer service expertise, and familiarity with salon and spa treatments, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and tenants alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Oversee the rental property operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating maintenance
• Manage guest and tenant inquiries via front desk responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer service
• Utilize salon and spa management software such as Millennium, MINDBODY, or salon software to track bookings, payments, and client records
• Promote property features and services through social media management and product demos to attract potential tenants or clients
• Assist with sanitation and cleanliness standards to maintain a welcoming environment
• Provide esthetic services such as hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, body waxing, or other beauty treatments as qualified
• Conduct consultations on cosmetic procedures including botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, or laser treatments
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
• Maintain professional knowledge of current trends in cosmetology, esthetic laser treatment, hair extensions, makeup application, and other beauty services
• Support retail sales efforts by recommending products suited to client needs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to sanitation and treatment procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in management within hospitality or salon/spa environments preferred
• Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
• Background in cosmetology, esthetic treatments (including laser), or barbering is desirable
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes
• Skills in nail care, hair styling (including hair threading), eyelash extensions, or body waxing are beneficial
• Experience with product demos and upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
• Ability to handle guest services professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of color theory, makeup application, straight razor techniques, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage is a plus
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetician fields is preferred but not mandatory depending on specific duties
