Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator – Dental Office
Posh Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated full time Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking someone professional, reliable, and able to provide excellent patient care from the first phone call to treatment scheduling.
Must have at least 1 year of dental office experience. Please do not apply if you do not have dental experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communication
Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
Follow up with unscheduled treatment and pending patients
Collect payments and review balances
Help maintain a smooth and organized front office flow
Work closely with the clinical team and management
Ideal candidate:
Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience required
Treatment coordination experience is a plus
Comfortable discussing treatment, finances, and scheduling
Friendly, dependable, and a strong communicator
Organized and able to multitask in a busy office
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
