Requirements – This Is Not an Entry-Level Position:
- Minimum 1 year of professional pool service experience required
- Strong knowledge of water chemistry and pool equipment operation
- Ability to diagnose and repair basic pool equipment (pumps, filters, cleaners, etc.)
- Familiarity with automated systems and saltwater pools a plus
- Must be able to work independently and manage a route efficiently
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license required
- Must be in good physical condition and able to lift/carry 75 lbs
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Independently manage a route of residential accounts
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Identify and perform minor equipment repairs and adjustments
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team
- Use our mobile app to log services and note equipment issues
- Report major repairs or upgrade needs to management and/or handle in house repairs
Compensation: $22-$25 / Hour
- Pay is competitive and based on experience and skillset
