Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, accounts receivable, or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of credit principles, financial statements, and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyze customer credit data and financial statements to determine creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate collection activities in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes, discrepancies, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present regular reports on credit risk, collection status, and accounts receivable metrics to management.
- Assist in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures to improve collection efficiency and reduce bad debt.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, payments, and credit information in the financial system.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable and credit management.
