Our Account Managers are a critical part of the sales team, serving as liaisons between the client and POS departments. This position is responsible for supporting current client needs, onboarding new clients, and growing district sales.
Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Service an existing book of business.
- Grow new business with existing clients through monthly recall.
- Prospect new clients via mailings, e-marketing, special events, cold calls, and more.
- Offer marketing and strategic ideas to support client needs.
- Knowledgeable in healthcare and marketing industry.
- Documentation of sales funnel in customer relationship management platform (CRM).
- Oversee projects from initial order through client fulfillment.
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or another related field.
- Minimum 3 years of inside/outside sales experience, project or account management preferred.
- Agency, marketing, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong client relation skills.
- Salesforce (CRM) software experience is a plus.
- Must be a self-starter and have excellent time management.
