Job Summary and Qualifications

Operate, maintain repair and install all utility systems such as heating, ventilation, electricity, water, air conditioning, refrigeration and provide security functions throughout the building and grounds to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all patients, staff and visitors.

Schedule and performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all utility systems.

Maintains high standards and appearance of physical plant and mechanical rooms.

Act as resource person and fill in on-call in supervisor’s absence.

What qualifications will you need:

• Vocational/Technical School graduate or in lieu of, High School Diploma/GED with 3-5 years of Boiler Operator related , HVAC or maintenance related experience is required.
