Sales and Design Representative

The Sales and Design Representative is a key member of the team and will meet with customers, assess their needs for new floor-covering and provide solutions to satisfy those needs from the widest selection of carpet and flooring products. This role requires the ability to present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers while delivering a great customer experience in alignment with the organizational goals.

• Evaluate the customer’s needs and present floor covering solutions with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude as needed
• Accurately build customer estimates promptly
• Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
• Availability to work weekends
• Coordinates with project managers to ensure seamless project delivery experience 
• Manage an organized work area in a neat, clean, and organized manner
• Maintain professional relationships with owner, builders, and worksite team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. 
• Basic Software Navigation/Computer Knowledge (Preferred)
• Experience with Google Workspace (Helpful)
• Experience with Hubspot CRM (Helpful)
• Valid driver's license
