A General Manager is responsible for the success of each store they oversee by providing training to shift leads and bakers, so they can successfully execute their job in a high-quality way. This includes specific Crumbl and ServSafe training on specific areas of the store such as dressing station, mixing station and ovens. A General Manager oversees all aspects of operations of a Crumbl store along with ordering weekly ingredients. A General Manager also makes sure each store is in compliance with the brand standards and health codes so that our customers experience the highest quality possible.
These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Training Shift Leads and Bakers on how to perform their job duties at the highest level
- Provide the needed tools and products stores need to be successful
- Maintaining a store that is compliant with the brand and local health codes
- Creating a 2-week schedule for the store
- Creating a nightly game plan that does not over or under produce dough, toppings, or frostings
- Ordering from Sysco several days per week while managing inventory needs and staying withing Cost of Goods targets
- Hiring, promoting, discipling, encouraging, and helping those employees who want to succeed and create an environment of success do so
- Managing the store cash and store deposits for the bank
- Managing the inventory in the store by FIFO, inventory counts, and proper inventory management
- Managing quality and reducing waste to meet targets/goals
- Ensure that all aspects of Quality, Customer Service and Cleanliness are being followed to the highest standard
- Covering for your shift leads while they are on vacation, sick, or unable to work Helping the store when they are in need based on staffing or needs of the business including outside of your scheduled shift
Requirements: (Must obtain or already have)
- ServSafe Manager Certified
- Corporate Certified within 60 days of hire
- Managed 15 or more employees for at least 2 year
- Energetic, Customer and Quality Focused
This Position will over see Both Crumbl Portsmouth and Crumbl Rochester.
