- A strong desire to provide great service to our clients
- Logical, methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Empathy and mindfulness; the ability to put yourself in a client’s shoes
- Communication skills – patient & active listening, good phone & email etiquette
- A willingness to set ego aside, learn from others, and share knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
- Self-motivation with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Valid driver’s license
What we’d like from you:
Some combination of the following:
- Associates Degree in Computer Science
- IT certification (Microsoft, A , or Net for example)
- 1-2 years Helpdesk experience
- Solid, demonstrable desktop support skills
