Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are properly set up for each procedure.
• Capture dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Accurately document patient information and medical records while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Provide patients with oral hygiene education and clear post-operative care instructions.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and help manage efficient patient flow throughout the office.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and infection control guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain clear, respectful communication with patients and team members, contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment
• Strong knowledge of medical records management and proficiency in dental software systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is required
• Current Dental Radiography license is required

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
