Job Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and training. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented to support organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support a positive work environment.
- Assist in disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans as needed.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and company requirements.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
- Coordinate with benefits providers and manage leave requests, including FMLA and other accommodations.
- Performance Management & Training:
- Support the performance review process and provide guidance to managers on best practices.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- HR Administration & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
- Generate HR reports and analyze trends to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
