Responsibilities
The Nurse Intern, under the direction supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), performs basic patient care activities and related services in compliance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures, legal and regulatory standards.
Openings include Med Surg, PCU, ED, ICU, Post Partum, Pediatrics, PeriOp and Rehab.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current Student Nurse Intern approval letter from the Idaho State Board of Nursing
- Current enrollment in an accredited RN Idaho Nursing Program
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Must be within the last year of RN program.
