Key Responsibilities
- Student and Instructor Management: Recruit, hire, and manage instructors; match students with appropriate teachers; maintain accurate student and instructor records.
- Scheduling & Administration: Coordinate and schedule lessons, manage cancellations, and maintain the lesson schedule in the store's software.
- Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for students, parents, and instructors, addressing inquiries, problems, and complaints.
- Financial Management: Process lesson payments, administer teacher pay, and manage overdue accounts.
- Program Promotion: Promote lesson programs and coordinate special events, recitals, and other student-focused activities.
- Communication: Maintain open and consistent communication with students, parents, and teachers regarding progress, schedules, and events.
