As the connection between clients, patients, and our surgical service, you'll help ensure every case moves smoothly from consultation to recovery.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate surgical consultations, procedures, and scheduling
- Communicate with clients about treatment plans, estimates, medications, and post-op care
- Prepare discharge instructions, medications, and medical records
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and the surgical team
- Provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the patient journey
- Veterinary experience required; surgical or specialty experience preferred
- Veterinary Technician or Assistant background preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Compassionate, client-focused, and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Full-Time
- Option A: Saturday 7-5:30pm, Tuesday 8-6:30pm, Wednesday 8-6:30pm, Friday 7:30-6pm
- Option B: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30-6pm
- Some holidays required
