Superintendent/Forman – Multi-Family Construction & Development
Our growing construction company is seeking a skilled, reliable, and hands-on Superintendent / Foreman to lead daily on-site operations for multi-family renovation, repair, and construction projects. We are looking for someone who brings strong trade experience, natural leadership, and a “get it done” mentality.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations for renovation and construction projects
- Lead and supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure work follows plans, specifications, safety standards, and building codes
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, deliveries, and inspections
- Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, architects, engineers, and ownership
- Monitor progress and communicate updates or issues proactively
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Solve problems in real time and keep projects moving forward
- Perform hands-on work as needed (this is NOT a clipboard-only role)
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
- Solid hands-on construction background (required)
- 3 years field leadership experience (Foreman, Lead, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent) preferred
- Experience in multi-family renovation or construction strongly preferred
- Knowledge of building systems, safety practices, and construction sequencing
- Ability to read plans, interpret scopes, and understand code requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews
- High sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep the job moving efficiently
- Comfortable using basic construction technology (tablets, apps, project management tools)

- Salary range: $60,000–$75,000 annually
- Bonus and profit-sharing opportunities
