As our Game Operations Game Night Staff , you will support with the preparation and execution of in-arena game operations elements, acting as liaison for internal and external customers, and providing outstanding customer service to enhance in-game experience for all customers, clients and fans. You will be an integral member of a small team that works together to execute all in-arena promotions, contests, activities, and entertainment.
This is a part-time, event-based position . Hours vary week to week based on the game schedule and will inc lude evenings and weekends.

You will be an integral member of a small team that works together to execute all in-arena promotions, contests, activities, and entertainment.
This is a part-time, event-based position . Hours vary week to week based on the game schedule and will inc lude evenings and weekends.
DAY-TO-DAY:
- Assist the Game Operations department with preparation and execution of game presentation elements (in-arena promotions, contests, entertainment, etc.) including but not limited to the following activities:
- Escort groups from loading dock to event areas
- Oversee pre-game activities and group fan experiences
- Execute on-court contests including selection of contestants, prop setup etc.
- Retrieving and returning entertainment equipment from storage
- Provide excellent customer service to our fans, sponsors, entertainers, other arena staff, etc.
- Act as point person for internal and external clients during games
- Must report to all games approximately 2 hours prior to tip-off (arrival time determined by manager)
- Are able to work all Trail Blazers home games, with a few exceptions.
- Demonstrated experience working in a live event, game day, or entertainment environment, preferred.
- Are comfortable working in front of a large audience and at times being a focal point.
- Stay focused and composed in a lively, fast-paced arena environment.
- Enjoy interacting with fans and guests while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bring strong communication and customer service skills, along with an outgoing, friendly attitude.
- Thrive under pressure and can adapt quickly to changing situations.
