Position Summary
The Department of Engineering & Technology Management at Portland State University invites local, qualified candidates to serve as adjunct instructors in various specialty areas. Adjunct instructors must be qualified to teach one or more of the following courses. Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Engineering or a closely related field. (Work experience and/or teaching experience aligned with course content may be used in lieu of degree, at the Department’s discretion.)
All adjunct candidates are required to be living in either Oregon or Washington for the academic year 2026-2027.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous teaching experience, preferred.
PhD in Engineering or a closely related field, preferred
