Growing smoke and vape stores, with locations in Portland, Biddeford, and South Portland. We are a close knit team that works together to provide our customers with the best customer service and experience possible. We are looking for a full time sales associates for one of our locations to bring our business to the next level. This position has growth opportunities for management for the right candidate! Candidates must have retail and-or customer service experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to vape products.
- Utilize effective communication skills to assist clients via phone and email.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records.
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and service delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
