Role Description This is a full-time, remote Real Estate Agent role. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting new clients, conducting virtual consultations, and advising on buying, selling, and investing in real property. Day-to-day activities include preparing and presenting comparable market analyses, drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating virtual showings, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. The agent will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, stay updated on local and regional market trends, and collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves providing responsive customer service, timely communication, and professional follow-up with leads and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the relevant state(s) and solid knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices.
- Experience in Sales with a proven ability to generate, nurture, and close leads in a competitive market.
- Understanding of Real Property concepts, contracts, and transaction processes, including disclosures and compliance.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, and digital document management.
- High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and ability to work independently while managing multiple transactions.
- Familiarity with the Portland and greater Oregon real estate markets is preferred.
- Prior experience as a real estate agent, broker associate, or related role is beneficial; additional sales or consulting background is a plus.
