Portland Pottery is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Braintree, Massachusetts location. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to support retail and production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments of pottery, supplies, and materials
- Prepare and pack outgoing orders for delivery or transfer to retail locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space
- Restock inventory and assist in inventory counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with store and production teams to fulfill supply needs
- Support occasional deliveries and pickups (as needed)
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Previous warehouse or stockroom experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
