Portland Pie Company – Falmouth is looking for a dependable and motivated Front of House Manager to join our restaurant leadership team.
The FOH Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading and supporting front-of-house staff, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant or hospitality experience who's ready to take the next step into management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and staff communication
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Support back-of-house management as needed to meet restaurant goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a server, bartender, supervisor, or restaurant manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
- Dependable, professional, and guest-focused
- Restaurant management experience is a plus — but we're willing to train the right candidate
- Must be available nights and weekends
