We are looking for someone who is a team-player, works well with other employees, and can handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. - Sales or Customer Service Experience is preferred
- Creative problem-solving skills desired
- Google Suite skills essential
- Good communication skills essential
- Ability to follow directions and complete the task at hand
- Outgoing Personality Preferred
Tasks and Roles:
- Assist the Ticketing team with all ticketing related duties
- Identify new targets for sales outreach
- Create lead lists
- Interface with new and existing ticket holders, complete customer service requests
- Find creative marketing opportunities in the community, implement promotional campaigns online
- Learn to edit events, troubleshoot, and send tickets through our ticketing site
- Assist with outreach to new potential customers
Preferred candidates are pursuing college credit for the internship, or are looking for an opportunity to dive head first into the sports world. This is an Unpaid Position.
