Placement Information: This sweet family is looking for a nanny for their 6 month old baby girl. They are located in Beaverton, with 2 cats. Dad WFH and mom will be in and out of home. They are looking for someone who is nurturing, engaging and can help with milestones, exploration and light baby chores.
About Job
- 4 days a week, Tuesday - Friday, preferably 10-2pm or 9-1pm (16 hours per week)
- The family has one 6 month old baby girl who is very easy and developing all her new milestones
- Light baby chores, laundry, cleaning bottles and keeping the play areas tidy.
- Engage baby through tummy time, rolling over and all developmental progress
- Encourages exploring the outdoors in their backyard and daily walks to the park
- Formula fed, family will eventually introduce solids where mom will prepare all her meals
- Spanish speaking will be prioritized/preferred but ultimately looking for the best nanny for their baby
Ideal Nanny Qualities
- Clear and easy communication day to day.
- Looking for someone with a bubbly personality, super personable, communicative, attentive, loves working with babies through milestones and being committed and reliable
- Calm and confident with infants
- The family is committed to a year minimum & is hoping the nanny is too.
Schedule & Logistics
- 4 days/week:
- Tuesday - Friday preferably 10-2pm or 9-1pm (16 hours per week)
- Start ASAP - August 4th (or sooner)

We're hiring professional, responsible nannies who are passionate about working with children and ready to build strong, long-term relationships with families.
- Experienced Caregivers: Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience (nannying, daycare, teaching, etc). 1 year of experience can be substituted for related education.
- CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain).
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with parents, follow care plans and update parents at end of day or throughout.
- Reliable and Professional: Punctual, trustworthy, and ready to work with high-quality families.
- Reliable Transportation: Willing to commute within the Portland metro and surrounding suburbs if doing on-call/maintained care with various families.
- Background Check Required: All applicants must pass a national background check.
