Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve ice cream products with a smile.
- Operate and maintain ice cream machines and other equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Square POS systems for processing transactions and managing sales..
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, adhering to health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in inventory management, including stocking supplies and managing waste.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Background in customer service within quick service or fast food restaurants is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is preferred
