Front Counter / Customer Service
Portland House of Pizza, 1359 Washington Ave, Portland, ME
We’ve been a Portland favorite since 1988. We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to run our front counter and phones.
You’ll:
- Answer phones and take accurate orders
- Greet customers and handle takeout and payments
- Enter orders in Toast POS and work with the kitchen
- Keep the counter clean and running smoothly
You bring:
- A positive attitude and good communication
- Reliability and the ability to multitask when it’s busy
- Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
We offer:
- $21–$23/hr based on experience, plus tips (about $3–$5/hr more)
- Full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
