Full-Time Sales Associate – Portland Gear PDX
Portland Gear is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Portland International Airport!
Pay: $18.00
Hours: Approximately 32–40 hours per week
Store Hours: 6:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a welcoming and genuine experience for every customer
- Provide product recommendations and help customers find what they need
- Work toward store sales goals through thoughtful add-ons and cross-selling
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and warranties
- Restock products and keep the sales floor and backroom organized
- Assist with inventory, shipments, merchandising, and store upkeep
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable connecting with customers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred
- Flexible availability to work a variety of opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Availability on weekends and holidays as needed
