Summary Job Description
- Establish and maintain consistent Member communications including, but not limited to, weekly e-blasts, departmental emails, social media posts, electronic and printed displays and personalized outreach.
- Monitor and update the public-facing and Members-Only website including bylaws, code of conduct, rules and policies, hours of operation, and member directory. Maintain and update the website for all departments (daily/weekly/monthly) throughout the calendar year with six months to one year in advance for events.
- Responsible for club photography for staff, club events, newsletters, social media, media, website, and archives. Works to incorporate special club moments in clubhouse décor and club branding.
- Publish the Annual Report and coordinate all aspects of the Annual Meeting.
- Works with Department Heads to communicate all Member events and activities with the goal of ensuring maximum participation and satisfaction.
- Work with the Membership Committee to establish outreach strategy and programs/events to keep the wait list Members engaged.
- Conduct monthly new member on-boarding including presentation, introduction to ambassadors, establishing website access, and assisting with event participation and club activation.
- Respond to inquiries, tour, and entertain prospective Members.
- Work with Accounting team to complete the new member checklist including applications, initiation deposits, and data entry.
- Manage the monthly membership report and wait list including future initiation schedules, transitions, additions, resignations, etc.
- Organize and maintain all member files including online directory.
- Assists with annual votes, special purpose votes and elections.
- Works with the Membership Committee Chair to establish agendas for monthly meetings and execute on action items established in those meetings.
- Reports to the PCC Controller.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Equivalent to a 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two or more years of related professional experience in marketing, communications, relationship management, or customer service.
- Prior website and app administration experience preferred.

- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills to a wide variety of constituents.
- Strong technical literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Canva (or like).
- Strong Social Media skills (Facebook, X, Instagram, etc) plus Club website (Members First).
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $70,000 (offered as an hourly, non-exempt position)
