Position Type: Independent Contractor
Contract Pay: To be negotiated/determined. Competitive. Market-based.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Our Clinic Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, Appointments are scheduled between 9am to 4pm. | Flexible balance of in-office and telemedicine appointments.
Position Requirements:
- Passionate about integrative and holistic medicine.
- Licensed & preferably credentialed, for at least two years, in Oregon.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field.
- Available for in-office appointments.
- Motivated to help your practice, our community & our clinic grow..
- Professional, efficient and organized.
- Closes charts in a timely manner.
- Knowledgeable about insurance billing, charting, HIPAA, scope of practice, standard of care, etc.
- Skilled in integrative, naturopathic, functional and holistic healthcare.
- Awareness &/or training in mindfulness, diversity, inclusion, LGBTQ health.

- Office management including reception services: patient check-in & scheduling, insurance tracking, billing and fee collection, etc.
- In-Office & Telemedicine scheduling/flexibility.
- Accounts for patient management, charting, billing, prescriptions, supplements, lab orders, etc.
- Promotion/referrals through patient community, advertising, website, blog, podcast active social media outlets, etc.
- In-house referrals to supplement your own business development efforts.
