- Strong Communication skills to work effectively with production teams, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
- Prior experience in food or beverage production, bottling, or manufacturing is beneficial.
