Position Summary
Portland Bolt is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring efficient material handling, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders
- Print and apply labels for incoming goods and outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Work Schedule
- Day shift, Monday through Friday
