Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize rental units, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic.
- Perform laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to maintain inventory standards.
- Conduct floor care activities including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces pristine.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials to ensure guest comfort.
- Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly for resolution.
- Follow sanitation protocols meticulously to meet health standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional attitude while providing excellent customer service to guests during check-in or inquiries.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and custodial procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (Airbnb, hotel, or residential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to properties
- Smartphone with GPS and reliable service
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays - Sunday and Monday availability is required
- Ability to work independently and follow checklists
- Trustworthy, professional, and punctual
- Reliable transportation with active insurance and Driver's License.
- Experience in hospitality or short-term rental environments is highly desirable.
