Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced MAKE READY TECHNICIAN for our apartment community, Patten West in Austin, TX!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- Minimum 6 months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and time management skills required
- Organized with high level of attention to detail
- Weekends may be required
