Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced LEASING MANAGER for our Single Family Rental Community, Cottages at Leon Creek in San Antonio, TX!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- 1-2 years of apartment leasing and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a high-volume office
- Hire, train, and develop the Leasing Consultants
- Facilitate resident relations and resident retention programs
- Partner with the Assistant Community Manager
- Must be energetic, reliable, and have strong sales orientation
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
