Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER for our apartment community, Patten West in Austin, TX!

The Successful Candidate Should Have The Following Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in property management or business
  • Prior experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager preferred
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • The ability to lead, manage and train others
  • High energy and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
