Role Description
Our Newport Beach branch is seeking an experienced Lead Escrow Assistant to support the Branch Manager on a high-volume, luxury-focused desk. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless, white-glove client experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Newport Beach, CA office. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager by opening and setting up new escrows, managing communication among all parties, and preparing escrow documents and instructions. You will also coordinate signings and notary appointments, review and process lender documents, and track contingencies, deadlines, and contract timelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume workload while maintaining efficient workflows and delivering exceptional service to industry professionals and our clientele.
Qualifications
- Must have 2-3 years of escrow experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both internal coordination and external client-facing interactions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Experience in the real estate or escrow industries is a plus.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload with precision.
- Experience with high-end transactions preferred.
