Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations within the bar area.
- Train new bartenders on proper techniques, recipes, and customer service standards.
- Assist with catering events or banquets as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Knowledge of food production processes, hospitality management, catering, and banquet services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques for potential new hires is a plus.
