Expo / Expediter
Pay $15/hr
The Expo serves as the key link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets Porterhouse Grill’s quality standards and is delivered accurately and on time. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize food orders from the kitchen to the dining room
- Ensure all plates are properly garnished, consistent, and meet presentation standards
- Communicate effectively with cooks and servers to maintain smooth service flow
- Prioritize and time food orders for accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and pass
- Assist with running food or plating when necessary
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
Pay is $10/hr Tips
