Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
- Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
- Represent clients at depositions in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings, including trials.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and approaches.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New Jersey or New York State Bar (or ability to waive in).
- 1-5 years of experience in litigation.
- Excellent strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
