What You’ll Do
As an Inside Account Manager, you’ll be a key part of the customer experience. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Building and maintaining strong, respectful customer relationships
- Providing honest, timely, and accurate information to customers
- Making outbound calls to understand customer needs and offer solutions
- Delivering exceptional service by answering phones and entering orders
- Assisting walk‑in customers with furniture and office supply purchases
- Processing orders with efficiency and attention to detail
- Operating common office equipment
- Tackling additional tasks with a committed, can‑do attitude
Sales experience is preferred, but your integrity, energy, and willingness to learn matter most.
Schedule & Details
- Full‑time
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- No weekends
