Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various methods including but not limited to customer facing, over the phone, and social media.
- Conduct in-field marketing in areas surrounding our current and past customer projects.
- Conduct thorough and detailed property assessments/inspections for potential customers.
- Present assessments clearly and efficiently with potential customers.
- Assist customers with decision making through clear and effective communication.
- Engage with customers and negotiate prices on products and services based on today’s market value.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all necessary third-party entities.
- Attend appointments set by canvassing team.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of customer accounts, from initial inspection to project completion.
- Accurately input data, organize and upload picture files, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Establish a high level of report with prospective clients.
- Possess a willingness to learn and grow within our organization.
- Collaborate with sales team and management on various strategies.
As a representative of Porter Roofing & Restoration, you will embody professionalism, integrity, and dedication in every interaction.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not required)
- Willingness to travel
- Sales Experience (preferred, but not required)
- Effective Communication both verbal and non-verbal
- Proven time management and organizational efficiency
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to overcome objections
- Optimistic Mindset
