Role Description
The Real Estate Associate will play an integral role in representing clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties. Responsibilities include managing real estate transactions, conducting market research, drafting and reviewing leases, and supporting commercial and residential real estate development activities. This full-time position is based in Rockland County, NY, with a hybrid working model allowing some flexibility to work from home.
Qualifications
- Experience with Real Estate Transactions, including buying and selling properties
- Knowledge of Leases, Commercial Real Estate, and Real Estate processes
- Understanding of Real Estate Development and associated projects
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with the Rockland County housing market and local neighborhoods is a plus
- Valid Real Estate License in New York State is required
