Porter Property Services is looking for reliable, experienced residential cleaners for flexible contract cleaning work in Arlington, VA.
This is a good fit for an experienced cleaner who wants additional cleaning jobs without having to find customers, advertise, provide estimates, or collect payment.
HOW IT WORKS
Porter handles customer acquisition, booking, customer communication, and payment. When a cleaning job becomes available, you receive the apartment size, location, requested date/time, scope, and payout in advance. You are free to accept or decline available jobs based on your availability.
There are no guaranteed hours or required weekly schedule.
Most jobs will be standard residential cleanings of studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments in Arlington.
COMPENSATION
Typical compensation is approximately $25-$35 per hour equivalent depending on the size and condition of the apartment. Contractors are paid a predetermined flat amount for each accepted job, and the payout is provided before you accept the assignment.
