Duties
- Greet and check-in patients with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling using SpaBooker
- Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette; provide information or direct calls appropriately.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and managing medical office supplies.
- Assist with intake procedures, clinic documentation review as needed.
- Coordinate with medical staff regarding patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and care instructions.
- Ensure smooth front desk operations by managing patient flow, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Skills
- Experience working with EMR/EHR systems such as EMA and/or spa booking systems such as SpaBooker
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with computer skills necessary for efficient office management.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations.
- Prior spa or medical office experience is highly preferred; hospital experience is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, documentation review
